The Controversial French Taco: A Culinary Fusion That Challenges Traditional Taco Expectations

This is a French taco, and a lot of you are going to be offended by this taco because it literally is not a taco. The meat isn’t seasoned. There’s no taco seasoning. There’s literally French fries in them. But they are super popular in France, and they’ve officially made it to LA. I think the French call them tacos because they use tortilla wraps, but they literally. They have nothing authentic inside of them. They put French fries usually. This had grilled chicken and chicken nuggets, and they put cheese in all of these different, like, white sauces, and then it’s wrapped up and grilled, and that’s a French taco. The French don’t really like this spicy things, so this is kind of their take on it. It’s more like a drunk food, really. There is no taco seasoning. Maybe in the ground beef. If you get the ground beef, does it taste like a taco? No. Is it supposed to? No. The ones in France that I’ve had are a little bit more authentic. By a little bit, I mean it really a little bit. But, hey, what’s not to love about a bunch of junk grilled with the sauces and cheeses? A taco! A taco!
