The fact that this movie is coming out when it is, is very eerie. Reagan comes out August 30th, is chronically in the life of former President Ronald Reagan. But here’s what’s really interesting about Ronald Reagan’s presidency. Ronald Reagan was not actually a career politician at first. He was an actor in Hollywood who decided to take a stand in politics. He also took a stand in an era when there was a geopolitical conflict with Russia. Not only that, but he also campaigned on the morale of decreasing inflation. And get this, because he was so bold in his stance, he actually was our last former president who had an assassination attempt on his life. Do you see what’s happening now in the midst of, in 2024, a global conflict with Russia, inflation as high as it’s been an extremely long time. You have a president on the belt who wasn’t a career politician at first, but was a businessman in New York. And then finally, No. 4, this former president had an assassination attempt on his life as well. I’m not trying to say it’s prophetic, y’all, but what I am saying is this is extremely interesting. And for me, I’m gonna go check out the movie because here’s what I’ve discovered.
