A four year old boy who accidentally smashed a 3,500 year old jar has returned to the museum where it happened. Ariel accidentally knocked over an urn that is older than Jesus when he pulled it slightly to see what was inside. It’s been on display near the entrance for over three decades without any protective glass because the museum encourages visitors to explore without barriers. Understandably in shock, Ariel and his family made a swift exit. But the museum director watched it all on CCTV and invited them back for a guided tour, saying, don’t worry, we don’t hold anything against you. So just a week later, Ariel’s returned, seeing all the artifacts and even watching how they’re restoring that fateful jar. Just maybe don’t touch it.
