we did a last minute trip to the beach like we kind of were planning it and then yesterday we fully committed Sean’s uncle has a beach house that they weren’t using so I packed my bag really quick changed into my travel outfit and it was time to hit the road this trip was rough I get very very motion sick and I almost threw up everywhere but then we made it we changed hit the beach boomy shades as far as the eye can see I really like these people hate on them they say they’re loud but I find the beach be generally loud so I don’t mind I had a half hour to get a workout in before dinner and normally I do a peloton workout but our signal’s really bad here so it wouldn’t load I was left my own devices and two pound body weights so I just kind of made something up with a playlist I had already it was actually kind of fun because I’m teaching next week so I could think of some new moves to incorporate into my sculpt classes there were a bunch of people walking by and I could just feel them judging me but whatever did write this whole thing out if you’re in need of a 27 minute workout you can just like screenshot those you could do this weightless if you don’t have like bala or lightweight took an outdoor shower Sean did a five mile run and then we had shrimp burgers and hung out with our dogs on the deck okay bye
