Eggscellent Breakfast Debates and Cooking Tips with Erica

Okay, now the debate of debate of the morning. We’re having scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. And Cody said he wants his whipped done separately cause he wants. I did not say separate. I just said you could eat yours the same way I eat mine. He says he wants his eggs cracked in the skillet and then scrambled like that. But he’s being a smart aleck because I don’t like mine done like that. I like them scrambled in a bowl first and then poured in the skillet. It makes no difference. They’re still scrambled. It makes a difference. What do y’all think? It makes a difference. Y’all let me know. How about putting milk in them? But I don’t do that anymore. What do y’all put in your scrambled eggs? Why not? I don’t know. And somebody said if you put salt in them, if you salt them before you cook them, they’ll be fluffier. I salt them yesterday. I didn’t notice any difference. I feel like I’m in the kitchen with Martha Stewart right now. Martha Stewart? It’s cooking with Erica this morning. How many eggs have I even cracked in here? Is that enough?
