Unlocking Your Physique Potential: How Long It Takes and What It Takes

How long does it take to get a physique like me? Difficult question to answer because I don’t know what your genetics are, like, how old you are, how hard you’re gonna train, but I would say the majority of the gains which you can make will occur within the first three to four years. Okay, so if you’re doing everything right, you’re training appropriately, following the right program, first step, if you’re sticking on point with the nutrition, you’re not drinking, you’re not partying, you’re sleeping good, you’re not stressed out, then you’re gonna maximize your rate of progress. And if you do this for the first couple of years, you’re gonna see significant gains. After that, the amount of muscle that you can put on top of that is kind of slow and it does get harder to build continuously at that rate, but you can still make these additional gains. For me to look like this, I’m not honestly, I’m not gonna say that you could look like this because I’m first of all, genetically fortunate. And secondly, this is my career, this is my job, it’s my full time profession. I’ve got all the time in the world to dedicate to this and I’ve been training for 16 years consistently every single week. So if you can say to me, Mike, I’m gonna do what you do and I’m gonna be as consistent as you and I’m gonna train for 10 to 15 years, then yeah, You’ll get pretty close to looking like me.
