Sweet Plantains Delight: A Recipe for Deliciously Caramelized Treats

Babe, I got the bananas you wanted. These are plantains. When life brings you plantains or when your boyfriend buys them by mistake, you make fried sweet plantains. Make sure you find very brown plantains because green ones will not work. You need them ripe so they caramelize the sugars. Peel and then cut into 1 inch slices and heat in neutral oil to 350 degrees. Then you just work in batches and drop them in there and once they’re brown and caramelized they are good to go.
