let’s make a little Mississippi pot roast sandwich 3 pound chuck roast cut it up into big chunks salt pepper Dutch oven little bit of oil drop in your chuck roast brown it for a few minutes on all sides one packet of ranch dressing one packet of aujeu 8ounces beef broth 1 stick of butter 16 ounces pepperoncinis juice and all and a handful of garlic drop the heat to simmer cover it two and a/2 3 hours 3 hours in is falling apart get you some good bread toast it little bit of mayonnaise drop down that pot roast and some provolone cheese get it under the broiler oh ha ha this is so damn good
