On today’s episode of Boy, Do I love the American healthcare system. Why did a five minute, um, five minute pharmacy trip just turn into, like, two hours? Because I recently changed insurance and had to go through this whole rigmarole to get my meds paid for, because apparently my regular insurance card isn’t enough to pay for the meds. I have to have a separate prescription card. So then I had to call the company that makes those, and I had to, like, confirm and reconfirm all of my prescriptions along with their dosages and, like, the type of pill it was, so that they could process it through the system and then send me back the link, and then I could give it to the pharmacist. Like, why is it like this?
