Achieving Goals and Building Habits: A Practical Guide to Designing Your Dream Life

So I just turned 29 and I realised everything I want. I have money, notoriety and Riviera’s okay. Maybe not to the extent of Lana Del Rey. Except every goal I set for myself in the last 12 months, I accomplished. And that’s for the very first time in my entire life that that’s ever happened. From living in Paris, moving into a dream apartment with my boyfriend, growing my Instagram and TikTok to over 20,000, over 30,000, working out consistently at the gym, losing weight, eating really, really healthy, being really consistent, landing my dream job in fashion in Paris. Even down to the amount of books I read, I was able to achieve every single little goal that I set. So I wanna start a very non woo woo and a very actionable series where I tell you what I did and all the ways that I sort of organise my life and build my habit in order to achieve your goals. And this is not about chasing perfection or being some clean girl. TikTok aesthetic. I’m still a hot mess. But just how I was able to change my habits so they easily went into my routine and allowed me to become that girl. That girl for me. I broke down the goals that I set in different sort of categories and then I’m gonna do a different TikTok video for each category. So the first way I sort of set goals is going to be thinking about My health, different fitness and nutrition goals. It’s gonna be personal development, so making sure I’m setting goals. Anything from big picture to daily goals. Also career. Finding a dream job. Um, do I wanna work full time? Do I wanna be an order entrepreneur? My finances, how to stop impulse spending, how to save more money to start investing. And relationships, you know, I live abroad, so it’s about maintaining relationships with my family, my friends, building my relationship with my boyfriend. And then also my home. Choosing new furniture, decoration, buying things for the house, building that place that we love so much. And then also hobbies, like I wanted to read more books, I wanted to go to a ballet class, I wanted to join the run club. And just hobbies that I have outside of all the other things that I’m doing. I’m gonna take you through all of those things. We’re gonna walk through how to stay motivated, how to set goals and how to actually achieve them and really build your dream life and become that girl. For you, darling, and nobody else.
