Embracing the Clover Lawn: A Year of Low Maintenance Beauty and Sustainability

I am one year into my Clover lawn conversion and I am so thrilled with it. It’s low maintenance, drought tolerant, stays green, unlike my neighbor’s grass lawn. Um, I’ve only had to mow twice this year, and that was to control residual weeds that have yet to be choked out, cause some take longer than others. And also to help train the Clover to grow in shorter. The bees love it. The flowers smell sweet. I can’t smell it anymore. I’m used to it, but clients that come to my house comment about it and I just highly recommend this conversion if you don’t want to be a lawn slave.
