3-Ingredient Lemon Pasta: A Simple One-Pot Meal

You can do so many things with spaghetti, but this time I have a one pot meal, and it’s only three ingredients. Let’s get it. First thing we’re gonna do is bring this water to a boil. I’m gonna add some chicken bouillon to my water. Always remember over salt your pasta water. We’re gonna add a pound of spaghetti to our pot. Some people like to break their spaghetti. I don’t. I place mine in their hole, and I like to work it down. I’m put a pinch of oil in there. Grandma always put a pinch of oil. After about eight to 10 minutes, let’s go ahead and drain our water. But we want to save one cup. We need the zest of two lemons. Now we need to squeeze our lemons. All right, let’s go ahead and mix this together. My pot is off. And then for our last ingredient, we’re going to add some fresh grated Parmesan cheese. It could be a side dish or a little snack, or just your main meal. It don’t matter.
