If you’re a college student, my biggest piece of advice would be to start the job search like, one year before you graduate. I’m talking junior year. Once you reach your junior year of college, start applying for job. I graduated may of 2023, and I had my job offer like, a year before graduation simply because I went to career first early. Talk to recruiters early, started interviewing early. And yeah, that’s honestly my biggest advice on how you can have a chance to get a job in this economy.
