Bicep Curl Challenge: Pushing Limits with Explosive Curls and Flying Colours

Right, how much can I bicep curl? Me and Sam did a little bicep competition of the curls, whatever that means. We were doing a back day, so we’ve already done a bit of biceps already, but starting off with the twelves. Explosive little curls right in there. Let’s see how Sam can do. Of course. Struggling, mate. Onto the eighteens. Easy. Absolutely flying. Possible flying colours. Sam looking like he’s struggling. Can’t lie. On to the 20 twos. I don’t know why I only picked up one dumbbell, but needs, must, whatever if buts and maybes and such. Sam’s got a bit of a bad wrist, so he’s got to be careful on the, uh, right arm there. Don’t really know what he’s been doing at night to mess it up, but 26 is flying colours. Struggle coming in a little bit. Uh, these wrist wraps, navy blue. Love that colour. JB hard body collection, there’s still a couple available, so if you wanna go get them, go on hard body site, get the wrist wraps, use code James. And also the, uh, belt is actually the coolest part. Anyway, onto the curls. Still, still flying colours. I think that was the 30s or something, right? It was a 30 twos. Onto Sam’s turn. Obviously strapping up those wrists. He’s had a bad right wrist for time now. Don’t really know how it’s, uh, getting worse. A little bit shaky there, mate. Alrighty. I believe this is 36 is Absolutely banged my knee there. Perfect form. Easy. Look at that. Flying colours yet again. You can’t tell me that’s not good form. The amount of muscle, uh, synthesis going on from that is crazy. Right, let’s see if Sam’s got it. Oh, I don’t know. You know, I really don’t know. Obviously I’m joking. And on to the 40s. Let’s have a look. See if I got it. Yep. I mean, it went up. And if it went up, it’s a win, if you know what I mean. Not quite the technique I teach my clients. 1 to 1 online coaching in bio and Sam’s go as well. Put it down in the comments who you think won. Alright.
