So I get asked this question literally all the time, and if I’m being 100% honest, I would always prioritize getting a computer first for college over an iPad. It doesn’t even, like, need to be a MacBook computer, whatever computer you want, just because in, like, my personal experience, I would just rather have a computer to be able to navigate, like, all of the possible, like, websites and stuff that your professors might have you use. Um, especially if some of them require, like, interactive stuff. Like for chemistry, I had to do this, like, one homework website that would have been just really annoying to do on my iPad. Um, like, I know people say the iPad with the keyboard is, like, basically very adjacent to a computer, but I just, like, don’t agree. Like, in my mind, they’re very different. And for that, like, I’ll just. I’ll always have to recommend a computer, like, every time. You can use word on a computer. Um, like, Powerpoint, and, like, yes, you can do it on your iPad too, but I just think the computer is like, the, the best way to go. In my opinion, I. I would always prioritize a computer.
