Creating Beautiful Memories: How to Design Your Travel Photo Book with Mixbook

Now that Europe summer has come back around, it is time to do our travel photo book with Mixbook. I’m gonna show you guys exactly how to import my templates onto your mixbook. Go onto my travel photo book website and choose your template. Since your summer just ended, let’s choose a Europe template. So we’re gonna pick the Croatia template. You click on it and then press buy. You’ll then get sent an email. So it’ll look like this. So it’ll look like this. Go into the Mixbook website and sign in. Here’s some of the photo books that I ordered last year off Mixbook. These are all the ones that I’ve already ordered. So you can see there’s Collingwood, Dubai, Ibiza, Los Angeles, LA Beach, Palatino and so many more on the Mixbook website. Go to the Photo Books tab and choose Travel Photo Books and then click Blank Canvas, choose the portrait mode and click start. Go to the email file I sent you and drag the file across onto the Mixbook page and it will download your template straight onto Mixbook, which you can then drag onto your photo book just like so. Click on the spine background, solid colour and then click the little pen and click onto the background of your template to get the same colour as your front cover. Onto the spine, which is so important if you’re gonna have a coffee table book because the spine will be on display. Then you Can add your text, so we’re gonna do Croatia 24 and then you can change the colour of it and the text and voila, your spine is done. That’s your spine. Then lastly, go down to the blast page and change the back cover colour to the front cover colour as we just did. Now it’s time to add your photos. Upload all the photos you’d like on your travel photo book onto the Mixbook website and then just drag them across onto layer that you would like on your Mixbook page. If you’d like a further example of how to do this, I do have a tutorial on my website that you guys can access. Once you’re happy with it, then press preview, look through the pages to make sure there’s nothing wrong and press add to cart. Make sure there’s nothing wrong. Choose your cover. I like to do the soft touch matte and then add to cart. I also do have a discount code for you guys to use if you’d like to get a cheaper price on your travel photo book. I’ll put it on the screen here. Spy and your new coffee table book will be there in a few days. Enjoy. It’s just so much fun and such a great way to include your memories and look back at things cause memories are all you have at the end of the day.
