The only thing that hits the spot better than late night pizza is late night ramen. Starting off in our stainless steel pan on the low end of medium high heat. When you’re boiling water in a stainless steel pan, you want to make sure and add butter or the water is going to stick. Next up, two packs of ramen. I got a fancy spicy one, and then, like, just a plain top ramen poverty one. The cheap ones add both seasoning packs. So we’re coming in with the oh, Mommy. We got the chili onion crisp, and, yes, the peanut butter skippy, creamy oh, Mommy. Now we gotta amp up our broth with the sweet honey bacons. Sweet, spicy. Everything’s gonna pair perfectly. Now we give it a good mix, and we’re gonna come in with two eggs. Plunk a. Dunk those two eggs in there, and then just let it simmer. Do you have to let it simmer? After? Top it with a little bit of furikake, and then I pour it into a big old bowl. We’re coming in with the Japanese crispy onions, a bit more furikake, and then the superior ramen topping, Sriracha Mayo. Just imagine it’s like 3:00am, you’re watching a movie. I come out and set this in your lap. You’re gonna be like, I love you.
