Insights from a Coffee Shop Owner: Navigating Slow Days, Trends, and Seasonal Favorites

and I co own seven restaurants here in Las Vegas the coffee shop is called Cafe Lola when I got there the opening team had already started helping customers cause we open at 8:00am and on the weekends we are a little busier than our typical day owning a coffee shop is really scary sometimes cause there are really slow days and then there are really busy days we’ve been open for five years now and I still get super scared when we have a slow day my best advice for someone wanting to open a coffee shop is to always listen to your customer I also like to keep up with what’s trending and see what the competition’s doing and set yourself apart there’s room for everyone as long as you have your own style and you focus on the quality of your food and drinks on the weekends most people come here for breakfast and brunch and almost everyone gets our creme brulee French toast L our strawberry waffle is also really popular okay but this is why I came in today our Pumpkin Spice latte LAUNCHED today and the rest of our fall drinks and I’m so excited I made our Pumpkin Spice latte with real pumpkin maple brown sugar you guys it is so delicious the coconut cashew milk is my favorite way to drink this but you can have any milk and it’s topped with our house made pumpkin spice sweet cream if you like pumpkin spice lattes please come try this one
