This coffee machine is three machines in one, and it’s only 499 USD. The first thing you’re gonna notice is this crazy Porta filter. It’s so you can have a normal double shot espresso basket and this giant basket which does drip coffee and cold brew and a quad shot if you want. But that seems a little crazy to me. The machine has this dosing funnel so that you don’t get grinds anywhere. And it has this temp and then has a pressurized button so you get the same pressure every time you temp. And this machine is great for beginners because it gives you guidance on your grind size and helps you dial in. So right now it’s telling us the recommended size is 4, so we’ll adjust the grinder to four grind. And this grinder has a scale in it, so it’s always gonna dose the same amount of coffee, even if you change beans. We’ve got a really nice espresso there with a nice crema. The machine has this special jug with a little frothing device inside it so you can do automatic steaming. The frother adds air in, then the steam one heat, it’s it. And it integrates all the air to make a velvety texture. I’m gonna steam it in manual mode so we can pour some beautiful latte art. Then to make drip coffee, we have to switch over baskets. And we have our set on 8 ounces, but you can set it All the way up to 18 ounces. Now, this reminds me of an American style, our drip coffee. It’s big, bold, full body. And finally, this machine does cold brew. It takes just three minutes. And the automatic frother even makes cold foam. Now, this is how you make nice coffee.
