Every time I post these heirloom tomatoes on TikTok they get so much hate. In my opinion, they are the most gorgeous and they taste the best out of all tomatoes. I like to season them with pink salt, fresh basil leaves, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic glaze. And then I paired it with a side of the most amazing crunchy eggplant fries.
