Breaking the Pattern: Overcoming Dismissive Avoidant Attachment Style Through ‘Happier Songs’

You know, when you keep fighting yourself in relationships with people who are emotionally unavailable or who are afraid of commitment. And you’re like, why do I keep seeing this pattern in my life? I don’t know why I keep going after partners. I know what it won’t last with. And if that’s, you might be a dismissive avoidant and you might be self sabotaging because it’s a lot easier to go after a relationship that has an expiration date rather than to choose somebody that you could see a future with, that you could emotionally invest in. And I wrote a song about this called Happier Songs. It’s out now. And it’s for anybody who’s like, you know what, I actually wanna pursue someone who wants me back and I wanna be in a healthy relationship. I’m just terrified of it.
