Max Out Week: Bench, Squat, and Deadlift – Pushing the Limits at the Gym

alright guys we just got to the gym and this week’s gonna be a fun week because it is max out week so at this gym instead of a one rep max we are testing a three rep max on bench squat and deadlifts and if you’ve been following along you know I’ve been pushing it pretty hard so needless to say I’m pretty pumped to see what we max out this week know regardless of what the numbers say I’m stronger than I’ve ever been and we are getting more and more fit so I’m happy regardless today is the first day and it is bench press so pre workout in let’s get ready so before we get to the bench press obviously we have a little bit of a workout a nice little warm up here get the blood flow in now we have a couple of these guys and now we bench press
