Title: Day One of Running Vlogs: Starting Strong with a Two Mile Run

Today is day one of getting back into running. I’m posting these running vlogs to hold us accountable. If you’re doing this with me, then you know today is just two miles. If you’re watching this and you haven’t done it yet, there’s still time left in the day. It’s just two miles. Go out and do it. And if two miles is intimidating, run. Walk the two miles. Anyways, this is my outfit. A little sunscreen and a lippy, and we’re out the door. The two miles flew by, and I was already back at home stretching. I’m trying to make it a goal to stretch after every single run and also roll out so I don’t get injured. Then I had some water, and that was a run today. See you guys tomorrow.
