Sweet and Spicy BBQ Jerked Chicken with Homemade Sauce: A Flavorful Dish with a Pop of Color

Hey. Hey. Today we’re making some sweet barbecue jerked chicken, either chicken drums or wings. Today I’m gonna be using wing. Once you have it all seasoned looking like that, you can put it in a baking dish and bake it in the oven for 400 degrees for 45 minutes. The chicken is already tasty coming straight out of the oven with all of those seasonings, but we are going to prepare a nice jerk. The barbecue sauce. Again, the sauce recipe will be down below. Thank you so much to all subscribers. The sauce was more sweet than it was spicy. If you do you want to make it more spicy, I’ll tell you exactly how to do that down below. Once we got our sauce to a simmer, we threw in our jerked chicken and we got it nice and marinated for about five minutes. This is so we can get the sauce to really stick to the chicken. Now we just plated it up nice and neatly. I added some mashed potatoes, some broccolini and some carrots just to give it a pop of colour and make it appealing to the eye. You do need some colour on your plate. And then voila, we have something that comes out like that. Let me know what you think about this recipe. It was super easy.
