They’ve got this game, Red Dead Redemption. Now, this to me is absolutely astonishing. That game brought in $725 million in sales in just the first weekend. Red Dead Redemption 2, to me, it embodies everything that makes games great. But namely, it’s the game’s innovation, immersion, its sheer size and depth, coupled with a narrative that I believe is the peak of the entire medium that makes it truly outstanding. Whether or not the games at the top of your list or not, it’s hard to deny the significance of Red Dead 2. Non-human. Non-human.
