I’ve been away from my garden for three weeks let’s see what we can harvest first up I got these really cool squash ready to harvest for the most part the garden looks pretty good there are some things that have died like my kale has definitely seen better days next I think my Mammoth sunflower is ready to harvest I think I’ve got some eggplant hiding in here oh look at how big this eggplant is it’s almost the size of my head oh my gosh this one’s even bigger I’ve also got these Casper eggplants ready to harvest also got some tomatoes still these will ripen up more inside my long beans got infested with a really nasty pest it looks like aphids as well as mites but it looks like these ladybugs are kinda going to work on it let’s see what the ladies got for me but first I’m gonna give them some perilla alright two eggs thank you ladies and look it looks like something does not belong there’s a pumpkin growing in my pomegranate tree it looks like the wax beans are still going strong the Cuca bones will not stop I’ve got a lot of hot peppers tomatillos okay and I’m not sure if this is ready to harvest quite yet these are my Haas avocados and I guess what you’re supposed to do is harvest one and see if it ripens on the counter and if it ripens within a couple days then the rest of them are ready this will be my first real crop of avocados next I’m gonna harvest up a bunch of herbs I’ve got purple basil regular Genovese basil Thai basil I wish you could smell how fragrant this is tulsi perilla garlic chives sage Rosemary oregano also get some finger limes aka caviar limes I can’t believe I grew all of this in my own garden September is the best month for produce as we transition into fall alright that’s it what would you make with all of this
