I believe in heavy weight makes the body change. That’s the ultimate goal, to move as heavy possible weight. I don’t need fatigue. I don’t need fatigue. I don’t need failure, anything like that. I need to tear the fibers. What’s better for you, 10 pounds 100 times, or 100 pounds once? Well, 100 pounds once, because not only is it stimulating the body, but it’s making the body adapt to that heavier weight. And your body will adapt to the pressure it’s put under.
