Fragrance Reviews: 2024 Releases, Hits and Misses

Let’s talk 2024 fragrance releases so far and what I think of them. And up first we have YSL Elixir. Now, this fragrance here is meant to have oud in it, and I pick up zero at all. For me, this is a super boring fragrance. It’s a pointless release, and I can guarantee you that no one will be talking about in the future. Unnecessary. Now, Maison Crivelli’s tuberosus is one that I don’t personally like. However, I can appreciate everything about it, though. If you like a white floral fragrance and you love monstrous performance, and this is definitely the one. I don’t think there’s anything out there stronger than this, but for me, when I wear it, it just irritates me too much, so I won’t be rebuying it. Now, this one is absolutely gorgeous, and it is called Wave Child from Room 1 0 1 5. I rock with every single thing about this. The smell, the price projection, longevity, everything just works. it’s the first kind of watermelon fragrance I’ve had experience with, and I’m telling you, I’m glad I’ve added it to the collection. And up next we have Narcotic Delight from Initial Path Farms. And this one’s down the middle for me, because smell wise, this is absolutely fantastic. This is everything I like in a scent. It’s got some sweetness and some booziness as well. However, when you move over to performance, this is absolutely trash. It is beyond the joke. For the price, and I would never recommend this one. Get something else from initial, and let’s end with a good one. So here I have Asad Zanzibar. This is a lovely, salty, spicy, floral, vanilla scent. Performance and projections really good, and it’s nice to see Latifa release something that’s original and not a dupe. So yeah, this one I recommend. And make sure to stay tuned for part 2 dropping tomorrow. Thank you guys for watching, and as always, love for the love, my people.
