A Perfect New York City Day: Celebrating Two Years of Love and Adventure

POV, the year’s 2018 Gucci belts are all the rage. Push a tea and Drake are beefing. Heavenly Bodies is the fashion exhibit at the met and at this apartment in the East Village. This man asked you to be his girlfriend. So obviously we had to kick off the day of our two year wedding anniversary at the restaurant below the apartment where it all began six years ago. And after some delicious food, we were determined to have a New York City day packed with all the things we love. For my husband, that definitely means something from a bakery, and he loves a cinnamon roll, so these specialty blueberry crumble buns was on his list to try. We grabbed them and went downtown to grab my sweet treat. I do not like desserts that much, but I do love soda, so a full sips Utah style soda was a must. I did a review in an earlier video. Then we hopped on the ferry, which is my favorite form of New York City transportation because of the views the skyline is running. And we soaked it all in before heading to the North Williamsburg Pier, where we got engaged. We sat at this bench and enjoyed our sweet treats. I was supposed to bring our wedding vow books, but I forgot them. But we still had a talk about our relationship and all the thing we love about each other. While looking at that beautiful view. We took a Few cute videos before a stranger offered to take a picture of us and snapped this great pic on his professional camera. Asher and I love mini golf and get kind of competitive with each each other, and there was a cute little course right next to where we got engaged, so we had to play around. This place was raising money and awareness for climate change, so there were tons of facts. Learned a lot, and had fun before hopping back on the ferry and on the subway to go to Soho to go jewelry shopping for my present. You can see what I ended up getting in my jewelry shopping vlog. This point we were a little hungry, so we grabbed some tacos from a random place and popped it to Joey Bats for dessert. We had a destination wedding in Portugal, and we can seems so many of these pastries during our wedding week, we had to have a little taste of Portugal on our wedding anniversary. After an afternoon nap, we were supposed to end our day at Caviar Caspian because your girl wanted the caviar potato, but at this point we were so tired and did not want to go all the way to the Upper East Side. we ended up eating at a great Italian restaurant in our neighborhood named Bad Roman. This ended up being the perfect nod to our Italian honeymoon. We were not that hungry, so we just split Some tuna tartar meat balls and Asher had some oysters and finished off with this delicious lemon cheesecake, which is one of my favourite desserts in New York City because it’s not that sweet. This was truly the perfect end to our wedding anniversary Celebration.
