These crispy homemade chicken nuggets are better than fast food and a perfect lunch for those picky kids. They’re made with ground chicken, and I even snuck some hidden veggies inside, but I promise you can’t tell. To make them, combine some ground chicken with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, some Italian seasoning, and some frozen and cauliflower rice. Trust me, my husband hates cauliflower and he had no clue they were in there. Then form them into nuggets, put them in an egg, then in the bread crumbs, and then you can either bake them in the oven or air fry them at 408 to 9 minutes, flipping halfway. My sister has been meal prepping these for her kids lunch and her picky kids love them. Just freeze them and then heat them from frozen right back in the air fryer. They come out perfect. Making them from scratch is so much healthier, and I know it’s going into the food I’m feeding my kids.
