Cinematic Horror, Strategic Battles, and Adorable Storybook Adventures: A Preview of September’s Hottest Game Releases

This September is stacked with major new releases and remade classics. Here are the games that you don’t wanna miss. First up, the one I’m most excited for is from the developers behind the quarry and the Dark Pictures Anthology. They’re back with another bit of cinematic horror on the 3rd, the casting of Frankenstein. Also set in the dead by daylight universe, if you’re a fan of that. A strategy game in a world where monsters and magic are real. Age of mythology retold. Comes straight to Game Pass on the fourth. There is some gnarly third person action coming our way on the 9th thanks to Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2. The whole team is really excited for this one, and you should be too, especially if you like Starship Troopers. This next one you’ve probably already seen trending on Twitter and Reddit. It’s got a clever mix of 2D and 3D and adorable storybook visuals. The plucky Squire might end up being 2020 Four’s most farming game when it arrives on the 17th. PC gamers, it’s time for some cold, hard decision making on the 20th with Frostpunk 2 coming straight to PC Game Pass! September ends with a bang too thanks to the Tokyo Game Show which runs from the 26th to the 29th. Like and follow right now to hear about all the big announcements from Capcom, Konami and co!
