Winging It: A Delicious Tortellini Soup Adventure in the Crock Pot

Okay, night two with me in the Crock Pot. It’s just me this time. I don’t have Brennan’s help, so wish us luck. I am going to do the tortellini soup, so I’m gonna use Italian sausage, and I’m gonna cook it first. I chopped up some onion to go in with the sausage. I’m gonna go ahead and get all this warming in the crock pot. I got crushed tomatoes, I got the Rotel with the green chilies, and I have some chicken broth. And I don’t know why, to me, it seems weird, but it was in the recipe, and I don’t remember how much it said, so I’m just rolling with it. And this is me just totally winging it. Like, I don’t have a clue what I’m doing, but this seemed like a good idea to me. So I’m gonna do half a jar of this garlic seasoning, some onion powder, and I got the chicken mozzarella, tortellini, one block of cream cheese, added my sausage, y’all. And my crock pot is full. And then I’m going to top it with some spinach. And like Brandon said, turn her on and shut her up. This looks freaking amazing. And we did a taste test, and it tastes better than it looks, but we still got to top it with some mozzarella cheese. We’re gonna sprinkle some cheese on top. Go ahead, Danny. Go ahead, Bougie girl. Go ahead, Lee. All right, everybody do one more handful. So cheesy. I give tonight’s Crock Pot dinner a 10 out of 10. It was super good. What do you give it, Harley? I give it, like, solid 9. Olivia, what do you give it? 10 out of 10. 10 out of 10. 10 out of 10. I should cook it again. Yeah.
