Is it rent will be $3,000 a month for this spacious 300 square foot studio apartment. We will need first, second, third in last month’s rent as well as a $6,000 security deposit. No rental assistance vouchers will be allowed. We will be running a full background check as well as an income check. You’ll need to make at least 10 times the amount of rent. We’ll need your birth certificate. We need a passport. We will run a credit check on all three reporting agencies. We must have at least in 100 credit score. We will need at least 35 references, non family, your grades from elementary school. You will need to provide bank statements showing proof that you have at least $100,000 in savings, along with the trust.
Fun, obviously, no pets, no children, no smoking, no illegal substances, no drinking, no loud noises, no fun of any kind will be allowed. Basically, you will be responsible for all utilities as well as maintenance. So if it breaks, don’t call us. You must be at least 6 foot 5 and you must have a minimum of a master’s degree, but a pH. Key is obviously preferred. The apartment does not come furnished with anything except for a microwave, so you will need to provide your own refrigerator, stove, light bulbs, sink, toilet, you know, basic stuff. There is no washer and dryer on site, but we do have one that’s located conveniently 64 miles away. We do not have any parking spaces on site, so no vehicles, please. We do have a bike grab, though. You can see this apartment is on the 43rd floor, but we do not have an elevator. So I’ll be prepared to take the stairs. I’m just doing the first of the month and there will be a 2,000 dollar late fee if rent is over a minute late. No exceptions. There will be a non refundable 100 dollar application fee.
