The Top 10 Biggest Selling Artists in Music History without a No. 1 Hit

It blows my mind that some of the biggest artists of all time have never reached the No. 1 spot. Let’s go over the 10 biggest selling artists in music history that never reached number one. Cheryl Crow at No. 10. She sold over 50 million albums but never had a No. 1 hit. Her highest charting hit picked the No. 2 in 1994, that’s all I Wanna do is have some fun. At No. 9, one direction. They sold over 70 million albums. They have six top 10 hits. And their biggest hit, Best Song ever, was not the best song ever. It peaked at No. 2. The Imagine Dragons sold 74 million albums. Now, this band has five top 10 hits. In fact, their biggest hit stayed on the charts for a whopping 87 weeks. But that big 2013 hit, radioactive, stalled at No. 3. The iconic band Pearl Jam. Now, Pearl Jam sold over 85 million albums worldwide. Unfortunately for me, their biggest hit is my least favourite song by Pearl Jam, and that’s their cover of Last Kiss. Last Kiss peaked at number two. At No. 6, Shania Twain. With over 100 million albums sold, Shania Twain is the biggest selling female country artist of all time. Her biggest hit, you’re still the one, peaked at number two. We have five more artists to go, and they are iconic. I hate long videos, and I assume you do too, so we’re gonna do that in a second video coming up, right Okay.
