Nostalgic American Goulash: Original vs. Low Carb Cauliflower Version

am I the only one that remembers having American goulash when they were a kid some people called it American chop suey we called it American goulash whatever you called it it’s one of my favorite dishes that I had when I was a kid I decided to recreate it using cauliflower instead of macaroni noodles to make a low carb version I chop up the onions and peppers but you leave the garlic cloves whole because those are little gems deliciousness I’m also using lean ground beef to keep this from being too greasy now before you come at me if you don’t wanna make a low carb version put macaroni noodles in I’ll go ahead and leave my mom’s original version as well as my low carb healthier version down in the comments below both recipes are nostalgic and delicious follow me for more recipes and I’ll see you in the next one see you
