If you like selling on Amazon and you don’t want to lose your privileges, then avoid these. Or else. Avoid listings with the brand. Even though it might not indicate any historical IPS, there’s a good chance they eventually will. Do NOT sell on generic or misbranded listings. Amazon’s been cracking down on these, especially recently, and it’s just a ticking time bomb at this point, especially in the beauty category. Which is why I think you should just avoid it unless there is zero indications of any risk. And if you’re brand new, you’re probably gonna miss them. I just seen way too many section threes and issues coming up with this category. Definitely do not be buying from any Telegram groups discord groups. If they’re giving you profitable acnes and they’re just giving you an Amazon link to sell their products under. Just think for a second. Why would they make it that easy on you? Probably not authorized goods. They might be stolen. They’re not permitted to be sold on Amazon, so avoid them. Avoid listings with less than three sellers. A lot of times they’re authorized sellers. It could be the brand that you’re missing. Make sure you’re always deleting listings that you’re not planning on restocking so in case any product policy violation comes up, you’re probably not gonna get hit for it. And if you’re doing 10 K plus a month, consider getting a lawyer on retainer. This way if you do get any Section threes or any IP violations and you do get suspended. You don’t have to cough up $3,000 for them to help get it back.
