There’s something that’s gonna drive a lot of people away from Black Ops 6 if they don’t change it. Here are my first impressions so far from the beta. Let’s start with what might be the funniest feature we’ve ever got in call of duty. Body Shields. Like holy crap. We’re only a few days in and already have some of the most hilarious clips. I got him. You wanna kiss each other, huh? You wanna kiss each other? This is what you wanna do. You wanna kiss each other, huh? He’s touching me! He’s R. Kelly. Come on. That’s such a small but fun thing for the game. It’s exactly what we’ve been asking for. The DTK is fast. Fast as fuck, boy. Yeah, I mean I’m not gonna sugarcoat it. I don’t know if it’s good or bad yet, but it only takes like 4 shots to drop someone. Definitely a good thing. They clearly brought aim assist down a little bit, especially in those close range fights. I’m a fan of all the maps so far except Scott. That’s gonna. I’m genuinely impressed with Omni movement. It’s fun and responsive, but not like crazy OP. But the worst part is easily call of Duty HQ. It almost feels like you’re being bombarded by ads to play their other games. Like bro, I don’t want to play warzone, I just wanna click on Black Ops 6 and have it open straight to it. Overall though, the game feels Pretty put together. I think a lot of people are gonna enjoy it, and it should keep them entertained for at least a few months.
