Anything worth doing is worth doing twice. The first time I did this, it turned out as a brick, but the second time turned out delicious. Let’s make some copycat apple brown sugar syrup. To a saucepan, you’re gonna add 1 cup of apple cider, one and a/2 cups of brown sugar, and half a teaspoon of cream of tartar. That helps to make sure there’s no sugar crystals. Turn the heat on medium and get to stirring. Once you bring it up to a boil, lower your heat and let it simmer for. The recipe says 15 minutes. Don’t do 15 minutes. I did about eight. If you do 15, you may reduce it a little too much and get a hard brick like I did. Once your time is up, turn off the heat, add a fourth a teaspoon of cinnamon, stir it in well and then let it cool for about 10 minutes. Grab your container of choice, pour your syrup in and let it cool the rest of the way. Put a lid on it, stick it in the fridge for up to two weeks. Now go make you some
