Glutes to Games: The Chronicles of a 75-Day Fitness Challenge

Day 7 of 75 soft, y’all. These kids is already throwing off my morning. I finished my workout. My coach is trying to kill our glutes. Creatine time. We’re doing a smoothie for breakfast. And this cherry Berry and kale with some coconut milk. Now that I’ve given everybody else their smoothie, I’m gonna add some protein powder to mine. Like, just one scoop to mine. You gotta add the protein powder cause games. We’re trying to build muscle here. Just got out the shower. Time to get ready for the day. I’m ready for the day. We had pizza for lunch, and now I’m getting my pages in. I finished my second water bottle. We’re having pork chops, uh, veggies like corn, carrots, green beans, white people, and this pasta. Little stuff. And that, my friends, is the end of day 7. First week is complete. See you tomorrow. Day eight.
