Winning the Week: National Days, Budget Planning, and Empowerment

Good morning. This is how we win the week. Good morning. Happy Tuesday, September 3rd. Welcome back to all the things. Hope you had a great Labor Day. This is how you’re gonna win the week. So in Week 36, here are your national days this week. So first of all, happy National Bowling League Day. This is gonna be a huge day for a lot of people right out of the gate. I would say the big ones to look out for this week, you’ve got Food Bank Week on Friday, lazy mom’s days that day as well, which is just sounds weird. Tailgating day on Saturday, so definitely start prepping for that. Grandparents Day Sunday. Next week is National Compassionate Leadership Week. So if you’re a boss, like, it would be really cool if you did something about it. You got 60 days until Halloween, 85 until Thanksgiving, and about 110 until Christmas. So just FYI’s food for thought. Is your company in budget planning mode right now? You should just be aware. I don’t care what level you’re at, it’s always good to know. Is it a fiscal? Are you going off a calendar? And if it’s happening, you should know at a high level. It’ll make you so much more empowered, or at least more thoughtful about how things work at the office. And most importantly, you are more than good enough for everything that you need to be. Have a great week out there. I’ll see you Next week in between two. But like this will. This will be the new Monday thing. Cheers.
