How do I deal with staff turnover? First of all, in my organization now, so I’ve been at this thing for about 30 years, so I’ve literally hired or actually LED thousands of people throughout the years. Some of them I can’t even remember. Some of them I don’t even know. But to be honest with you, I’ve never had a problem of finding staff. I just never have. There’s always somebody that wants to work. I think what they’re saying when they say, you know, how do you find quality staff? Is how to find people in general. And the way that I. I choose to go about finding employees is that I constantly keep looking, right? So I’m constantly. If I’m looking for people, I just keep throwing the ads out there. I keep talking to people. I keep asking my staff right now, do they know anybody how it is? But I look at it like fishing. That I’m constantly throwing out my line, trying to catch a fish or whatever. It’s not that I can’t find people.
