Is there anyone else in the property with you upstairs? No. You can check. Is that alright? Come in. Okay. Alright. That’s alright. So what’s he done? So he’s dragged you by your hair along the floor, along the hallway and kicked me out. He’s flat. Are you happy for us to come in? Yeah. Do I just have a quick look around? What’s this gun that you’ve got in here? Yeah, just. Just for my own safety, mate, in case it’s a. Yeah, there’s a sword in there, so don’t worry. You got a sword in here? Yeah. Excuse me, 1 1 8. Um, can one of Your officers, come up to me, please. Romeo, Charlie, 1 9 3 will back up 1 9 3. You game, sir? Yes. Yes. They’ve said multiple times they don’t want police to attend. However, there’s a domestic element to it. The risk of violence is really high when you go to a domestic. A lot of our assaults on police occur where we’ve attended a domestic and the suspect is there. Because for them, it’s normal to hit out. You don’t know what’s happening in that flat. You have to think worst case scenario. If you know your team and you trust your team, they know when you need help. So at the moment, you’re under arrest on suspicion of domestic common assault. Any police officer that can sit here and say to you, I’ve never been scared at work or I never get scared, needs a reality check. Standing there in a room on my own with a man that would definitely knock me out in one punch if he wanted to. I definitely felt relieved when. When Jamie got there. So it’s an offence to have an offensive weapon in a, um. In a private dwelling now, um, which this is that as such. So you’re gonna be further arrested for that. We’re gonna seize that. Can you move up that lolly? Yep. You’ve moved her away a bit. Yeah. Are you alright just to move away for us? They’re not taking it. No. Come on. Alright, we Just got to move up. Why are they taking it with this allegation of the child? No, no, no. There’s no allegation, so we let him go. So we. We need to. No, let him go? That’s. No. Let him go. Don’t be silly. He’s the best bloke I’ve ever known. Bottom line is. But he’s hurt you today. Yeah. No. And that’s not acceptable. He didn’t hurt me. I didn’t say he hurt me. I said he dragged me to the front door and kicked me out. Yeah, that’s not acceptable. He didn’t say he hurt me. By your hair. He’s not like that. Can I just. Can I just try another angle and you. No, I’ve just done that. You. Our relationship up completely. Because now he’s not even gonna come back to me because you two. No. Okay. Alright. See you later then. Yeah, see you later. Bye. You idiots. I can’t take things on board too much. I make a lot of challenging decisions, but it doesn’t matter whether or not they’re supporting the police prosecution. My job is to keep them safe this way. So I think it’s given me confidence to know that I am a good police officer. And I just stick with it and hopefully just continue to get better. Look at the size of it. The handle stops there. So I’m glad he didn’t cut my head off for that.
