Unlock Your Voice, Unlock Your Potential: Mastering Job Interviews Through Effective Communication

There’s one reason why we all suck at job interviews regardless of the type of person that you are. And it’s not what you people always think. The reason I didn’t get the job is because I’m not qualified enough. So what do they do? They go and they get more qualified. Then they go for another job interview and they get the same outcome. But here’s what they don’t realise. If you already made it to the job interview, that means you’re already qualified enough. You’re 90% of the way there and that last 10% at the interview they’re just trying to see if they like you. That’s the test you actually failed. So how do they determine whether or not they like you? It’s all based on how you communicate. For example, what if I showed up like this? So Vin, tell me a little bit about yourself. I had to tell tell, tell a little bit about myself. I’m I’m I’m very good under high pressure situations. Ah, tell you a little bit about myself. Eh, we all started with my father back when the Titanic was first being built about to go on its voyage. Back in those days, I used to tie an onion to my belt. Alright, say no more. Take a seat. Let me tell you a bit about myself. You see, the first thing is that I’m extremely approachable. Ha ha. Second thing humble. Only thing that rivals my humility is my Jawline. Yeah. Look at this jawline. Yeah, yeah. You’re welcome, ladies. Okay. The reality is all three of these people were qualified enough. They just failed the likeability test. Their communication skills sucked. You may already be a 10 out of 10 with your technical skills and your qualifications, but if your communication skills are a 3 out of ten in that interview, do you think they perceive you to be a 10 out of 10 or a 3 out of 10? You are only as good as you can communicate. If you’re still struggling with your communication skills and you wanna learn how to amplify the best parts of who you are, I’m running a free 2 hour masterclass titled Unlock Your Voice, Unlock Your Potential.
