This is the best spirit in Black Myth Wukong. The only mythical one that lets you turn into a random frog dealing a ton of damage to the enemy in their particular element. There are multiple steps to getting it. From the Snake Drill shrine in Chapter 1, jump in the water, follow the path to get to the first Frog Boss and take it out. From the Sand Gate Village entrance shrine in Chapter 2, you go inside the cave and jump down for the second frog boss. From the forest Valesti shrine in Chapter 3, go like this and then and through the small path on your left, head left again and you will see another frog boss. In the lower hollow in Chapter 4, run past the web sex, head through the crack and then run left. Then you keep running and eventually turn right for the Frog Boss. From the Cooling Slope shrine in Chapter 5, just head into the secret area and then on your left hand side you find the Frog Boss. For this you need to have done the bull quest and kill all the cards you encounter in Chapter 5 to access this. And from the verdant PEF shrine in Chapter 6, just go up like this and then all the way to the right to find the final frog and now upgrade the spirits to the mythical rarity.
