Xavier’s House Flipping Adventure: Costs, Timeline, and Projected Profit

What is going on guys? My name is Xavier. I’m 20 years old. Behind me is a house I just finished and flipped. I want to go over how much it cost me to flip this house, how long did it take and what my projected net profit is going to be after this is all said and done. So the kitchen guys, was sixty five hundred dollars. That includes a tile floor, backsplash, cabinets, stainless steel appliances, new sheet rock, new lighting, new dishwasher, everything. From bathroom number one, it cost me forty six hundred dollars to the entire bathroom. That’s lighting, vanity, toilet, new tile and tub. Overall forty six hundred dollars. For bathroom number two, it cost me six thousand dollars. This actually was a half bath, this was a closet. We converted it to a full bathroom to add that value. So with a whole new bathroom, it cost me 6,000. New plumbing, etcetera. It cost me 30 five hundred dollars to do in the entire floors in this home. They’re all our woods. To stay and refurbish the floors. With 30 five hundred dollars. It cost me twenty eight hundred dollars to replace all the windows in a home. And also 60 five hundred dollars to replace the roof, HVAC, furnace. All that stuff cost me around 6 thousand as well. So this entire process from start to finish took me two months to flip this home. I’m projected to make it around 35 to 40 grand. And just FYI, I was going to get offers for about 5,000 for an assignment. So you tell me, was this a good deal
