I am beyond shocked but I never got to got to post this cake considering I had already edited the video. So it was just me saying a voice over. So probably in my head I thought I already did edit and post. Um, I did this cake back either end of April or beginning of may cause I checked on Instagram and I had already posted the photo, which is how I realised I never did the uh, the video for this. Um, but it is one of my favourite cake designs to date. I really, really, really, really, really, really loved it and that’s because it’s such a simple yet quite pretty end result. And I think I had seen it a couple of times and wanted to do it but cause it’s not um, one of those complicated designs I never got to do it since I already knew I could execute it. I don’t think I even try to do it with one of my designs where I get to do whatever I feel like. But when the client ordered for this and this was the design she picked, I was really excited to do it and I was definitely excited considering it’s now August 8th and I completely remember like even the whole conversation we had whilst she was ordering for the cake. But yeah, it was a lemon Poppy cake. So in between the layers I’ve added Poppy seeds and um final coat definitely to Be pure pure white and then now for the fun part which was nothing major it’s just adding parsley trimming the top layer so that the cake can be flat and then adding um the face art design then after that it was just adding uh spheres and flower like what’s this a fun topper some flowers that I’m not really sure what they’re called this gold fun like toppers that I just added to the cake so yeah it’s a very very very simple design made extra pretty by just the flowers not flowers by just the decor and some dried flowers so that’s how it turned out I when I say I really love this cake I’m not even over exaggerating but I really liked it and I think I redid it in under a month for one of my best friend’s birthday and yeah so that’s how it turned out and I really liked it as I’ve said 70 times so thank you for watching and I’ll see you in the next one.
