Crunchy Glazed Fried Eggs Recipe: The Ultimate Egg and Rice Delight

So Chicken Boy here really wanted an egg recipe. So here we go. We got fish sauce, glazed fried eggs. This is for when there’s nothing in the fridge except egg. So egg and rice is such a good deal, so quick and so easy. Let’s start by making our rim sauce. Start with 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, couple teaspoons Sriracha and one teaspoon of soy sauce. And about half a cup of water. So for this you have to deep fry your eggs. Not pan fried, definitely not air fry. This is important because it leaves like a crispy crust on the egg itself. And also it gives it that fluffiness to it too. I’m using chicken eggs and quail eggs. Now we’re going to take out the eggs and set it aside. Alright? I dump out most of the oil, leaving just a little bit oil in there. We’ll throw in our minced garlic and chili. Bring out the aroma. Here our rib sauce. Let all the flavor combine. Let this reduce down a little bit before adding back in your eggs. Shallow your egg with the sauce before topping it off with some green onions, black pepper and bit of sesame seeds. Hard to go wrong with eggs. And this egg and rice, it’s out of this world.
