Breaking the Cycle: Overcoming Generational Feedback Patterns in Female Leadership

there were a number of people that commented something similar to this and while it feels like a little disheartening honestly I’m not overly surprised I think for a lot of women that climbed the ladder and kind of like a hostile environment once upon a time don’t know how to give feedback in any way other than how they received it themselves while the tide has changed with other people and mail bosses may be more supportive or helping us move beyond some of these challenges that we’ve seen in the past those women only ever saw one type of feedback being given to them so it’s the only way that they know how to lead I don’t even think it’s a fully conscious thing that they’re doing but I’d love to hear some examples or your thoughts based off of your personal experiences in the comments
