There’s a coffee shop in New York called Jax, and they have this one specialty latte called a Happy Jack that is so delicious. It’s basically just a latte with honey and cinnamon in it, but it’s one of my favorite drinks that I can get, and I started recreating them at home last year. So let’s make an iced Happy Jack together. Starting off with some honey at the bottom of our glass. And now I’m going to brew a double espresso dolce pod directly over this. Beautiful. Now let’s add our cinnamon and give that all a good swirl, so that way the honey can melt into the espresso and make sure it’s all combined. Let’s add our ice. This almost smells like coffee cake right now. Like, it smells like a cinnamon swirly dessert. Let’s add our milk. Beautiful. Now let’s give this a good swirl one last time. So magnificent. This color is absolutely perfection. Stunning. Let’s take the first sip together of our iced Happy Jack. Cheers. Hmm. Hmm. I actually think the best way to describe this is, like, it almost tastes like a cinnamon roll milkshake or like a coffee cake. Delectable beverage. It’s just so good.
