Unlocking Sunday Magic: The Nostalgia and Joy of Cooking 7 Colours

7 colours, several colours served in colour. It doesn’t matter what you call it. But I think we can all agree that this Sunday lunch is the ultimate way to unlock magic to your Sundays. I mean, I feel incredibly nostalgic about 7 colours. It just takes me right back to my childhood when we’d be coming back from church and my mom would make us this hearty Sunday lunch. And for me, it’s in the music. The music child. If you don’t cook while listening to slow jams, I don’t know what you doing with your life. Guys, am I the only one who only grew up eating rice on a Sunday? My least favourite part about this day is chopping Butternut. It’s such an extreme sport. Cooking Sunday lunch is the ultimate way to create magic in my home. And I also think in some weird way, this is where my love for cooking stems from. And when I catch you cooking with two pots on a Sunday, your entire stove must be fully engaged, including the oven. I personally don’t trust people who cook with two pots on a Sunday. This meal brings so many nostalgic memories. I love to cook it just the way my mom made it, only the freshest ingredients and very little seasoning. I think this is a literal happiness on a plate. I’ll give you a moment to guess what drink goes best with this meal. Those who guessed, an ice cold. Coca Cola are the literal legends.
